Old Pot New Top

This work embodies the connection between old and new, and at the same time the path of self-realization. It shows how, through new habits, we can expand and transform our earlier selves.

 

The beautiful bowl had lost its lid, it had broken. Through reshaping (in this case, working the metal), it received a new addition, and with it, a new wholeness.
